Learning at Oakwood
Reading is vital to our learning. Class 11 used our reading rubric to support each other's fluency work after their Minute Reads. Year 1 have been working incredibly hard and drawing spirals with different body parts. Year 2 have learnt in PSHE that being different is something to celebrate. In Early Years, children have come into school with a ready to learn attitude and have settled in well. They have had fun mixing colours, looking at themselves and their families and have enjoyed lots of stories about their topic, Magical me and my world.
